Matt Welch started his career in mortgage at age 26 at HomeFirst Mortgage in Jackson,

spent a brief stint at Academy Mortgage Corporation, then 10 years at Community Bank

Mortgage sharpening his skills and defining his distinct process helping clients navigate

through the mortgage process as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Matt lives in Madison with his wife, Lori and two girls, Sophia and Eley and they are

expecting their third girl in September. He is actively engaged in the community serving

alongside Lori at Colonial Heights Baptist Church and as a soccer coach through Rush, MS

Futbol Club.

Matt takes great pride in offering the highest level of customer service. He makes home

buying easy and educates customers throughout each phase of the loan process, from

contract to closing. It’s his joy to celebrate with clients at the closing table and earn

lifelong customers, serving friends and family through the state of MS.
